Many patrons are finding that Amazon.com has changed the appearance and functionality of the "Manage Your Kindle" option, which is where Kindle customers can go to return Overdrive books early or remove them from their personal library altogether.
Under the new appearance, Manage Your Kindle shows a series of tabs, one for each device or PC/Mac app the patron has registered. There appears to be one "universal" tab called "Your Cloud" (or something to that effect). If patrons want to return a library loan early, it seems they need to be in this tab, and then click on the image of the book they want to return. The return option will then be available. To the best of my knowledge, the return option does not show on any of the other tabs even though the book they want to return does.
I'm not sure when the change in appearance/function took effect. I've seen a patron's Manage Your Kindle feature display both the old and the (apparent) new way. Looking at the page in different browsers might change the appearance as well. Anyway, just FYI on something I've seen a few times today from Kindle patrons.
